On a computer, double-click the file. On a phone, open it with AnkiDroid or AnkiMobile.
AI tools write math as $…$. Anki's MathJax only understands \( … \) and \[ … \]. Paste your cards above and the formulas are converted before they reach Anki.

Paste this into ChatGPT, Claude or any other AI, then add your notes. The AI will answer in a format this tool reads perfectly.
Turn the notes below into flashcards.
Rules:
- One card per block, with a blank line between cards.
- Write each card exactly like this:
Q: the question
A: the answer
- Keep answers short: one idea per card.
- Write math with $...$.
- For a fill-in-the-blank card, write one line with the hidden part as {{c1::hidden part}}, without Q: or A:.
Notes:
[paste your notes here]
Anki renders math with MathJax, using \( … \) for inline formulas and \[ … \] for formulas on their own line. Dollar signs are not enabled by default, so a card that contains $E = mc^2$ shows the dollars and the raw code.
ChatGPT, Claude and most other assistants write math with dollar signs because that is the usual Markdown convention. The mismatch is the whole problem.
Paste the AI's answer into the tool on this page with the math option ticked. Inline $…$ becomes \( … \) and $$…$$ becomes \[ … \]. Amounts such as $5 or $10 are left alone, because a price is not a formula.
For cards already in your collection, Anki's Find and Replace can work with regular expressions. It is powerful but a wrong pattern can damage many notes at once, so back up your collection before trying it.
Yes. No account, no card limit, no watermark.
No. The deck is built inside your browser, on your device. Nothing you paste leaves your computer or phone.
Anki's MathJax only reads \( … \) and \[ … \], while AI tools usually write $…$. This tool converts them for you and leaves prices like $5 alone.
Yes. Open the .apkg file with AnkiDroid on Android or AnkiMobile on iPhone and iPad. On a computer, double-click it to open it in Anki.
Yes. Keep the {{c1::…}} syntax: each line with a cloze becomes a cloze note, with one card per number.
Any of them: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Copilot or DeepSeek. The format matters more than the model, so start with the prompt above.
